Every piece we make has a small chip embedded inside it — the same technology used in contactless payments, so no battery, no charging, no app required to receive it. When the recipient taps it against their phone, it opens a private webpage showing the photo, message, or voice note you recorded when you personalized it. That's it — no login, no download, no setup on their end.

Yes. NFC tapping works on both, though the exact motion differs slightly — Android phones generally read a tap anywhere on the back of the phone, while iPhones (from iPhone 7 onward) need the tap near the top edge, close to the camera. We include a small instruction card with every order so the recipient knows exactly where to tap.

Every order also comes with a printed link and QR code as a backup, so the experience works even if tapping doesn't go smoothly on the first try.

Forever, at no extra cost, for the content included in your base order (one photo or one short voice note). We built this on the belief that a keepsake shouldn't come with an expiry date. If you add extra photos, video, or a longer voice note through one of our add-ons, that's stored under the same policy — safely, and without a subscription.

Yes. Reach out to us with your order number and we'll help you update the photo, message, or voice note attached to your piece — useful if you want to refresh it for a future occasion, or simply change your mind about the message.

Only someone with the physical object — or the direct link, if you choose to share it — can access the content. We don't use your photos, messages, or voice notes for anything else, and we don't share them with third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Every piece is handcrafted to order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Standard orders ship within 5-7 business days. If you're ordering for a specific date — an anniversary, a birthday, a festival — we strongly recommend ordering at least 10 days ahead, or choosing our date-specific delivery add-on so we prioritize your order accordingly.

Every base order (₹999) includes the handcrafted object, one photo or short voice note, and our standard packaging. If you'd like more — additional photos, a video message, a wax-sealed handwritten card, upgraded packaging, or delivery timed to a specific date — these are available as optional add-ons at checkout, so you only pay for what you actually want.

This shouldn't happen — every piece is tested before it ships — but if it does, contact us within 7 days with a photo or short video of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
